Founded in 1999 by art teacher Mrs. Suman Saini, Chhaya School Of Art was created to preserve Indian culture through art. Later entrusted to her daughter and son-in-law, the school was nurtured with dedication by Dr. Koushik Sinha, who moved from Kolkata to Chandigarh with just a dream. Despite initial struggles, his perseverance paid off, and the journey began with only two students.
